Hello
The Center for Integrity and Development Studies ("CEID") is a division of the Instituto Não Aceito Corrupção ("INAC"), with financial, political, and administrative autonomy.
Its primary goal is to contribute to integrity and sustainable development in businesses across several markets and sectors of the economy.
Purposes
Being a think tank, that is, playing an advocacy role for public policies, in addition to producing explanatory content, organizing the mobilization of relevant public and private agents, and serving as a promoter of their actions.
Focusing its actions on issues of integrity and sustainable development, the CEID will seek to influence political and social agents towards more responsible, transparent, and ethical behavior.
Among the Center's purposes, the promotion and dissemination of knowledge relating integrity to sustainable development, grounded in scientific rigor, stands out. The pursuit of understanding the relationships between developed economies, integrity, and legal predictability will also be encouraged.
To this end, the CEID will work to identify, suggest, and influence the design of public policies aimed at removing barriers to economic, social, and legal development in Brazil, guided by integrity.
Focus Areas
With national and international participation, CEID will work to influence decision-makers in both public and private sectors to adopt measures that deter ethical breaches and promote sustainable development and an integrity-driven business environment. To achieve its objectives, CEID will focus on three key areas:
Encourage research, lectures, courses, and training in various fields. Initially, the focus will be on Infrastructure, Agribusiness, Trade and Industry, Technology, Sports, Culture, Human Rights, Labor Relations, Tax Planning, Environment, and Compliance.
Encourage debate between decision-makers in the public and private sectors, networking among professionals, and multidisciplinary academic production through periodic publications, study preparation for policymakers, and study committees.
Act as a representative force in suggesting regulations and legislative texts, as well as proposing effective actions for corporate integrity and sustainable development through periodic publications.
